• Processing Time: All orders for raw bundles and lace are processed within 48–72 business hours.

• Shipping Window: Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. We recommend booking your install at least 7–10 days in advance to account for shipping and studio drop-off requirements.

• Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email.

• Liability: B B L U X E is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages. We recommend selecting a shipping method with signature confirmation for high-value units.
