Product Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions, lace, or custom units once they have left the studio or been delivered.
Due to the sanitary nature of our premium raw hair and the bespoke artistry involved in unit construction, B B L U X E does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. > Each selection is a custom commission. Once the hair has been processed, customized, or leaves the studio, the sale is finalized. We maintain this rigorous standard to ensure every client receives a pristine, untouched, and elite product.

Deposits: All service and Masterclass deposits are strictly non-refundable. Deposits solidify your seat or appointment and cannot be recovered in the event of a cancellation or no-show.

Service Satisfaction: Our "Signature Melt" is executed to the highest professional standard. If there is a technical concern with your install, it must be addressed within 48 hours of your appointment.

Damages: If a product arrives damaged, please contact (256) 457-1829 within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
