I. THE DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

• Non-Refundable: All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Your deposit solidifies your appointment and will be applied to your final balance.
• Cash Only: Please arrive prepared. We do not accept card payments for remaining balances. All in-studio transactions are CASH ONLY.

II. HAIR PREPARATION

• Clean Canvas: Please arrive with your hair washed, detangled, and blow-dried (free of products).
• The Saturday Rule: All hair/units for customization must be dropped off the Saturday prior to your scheduled appointment.
• Re-used Hair: If using previously installed hair, it must be thoroughly washed and completely dry before your arrival.

III. CUSTOM COMMISSIONS

• The Discussion: Do not book a "Custom Unit" appointment until we have discussed your desired look via text.
• Text Consultation: For project alignment, refer to the Consultation Suite. Please be respectful and polite; we value your vision and our professional time.
